Job Title: Managing Consultant – Cards Product Specialist

Job Description: As a Managing Consultant and Cards Product Specialist within a specialized product delivery team, you will apply deep cards product expertise to design, implement, and optimize card programme solutions for financial institution and fintech clients across the MENA region. You will serve as a subject matter expert — guiding clients through complex card product strategy, implementation, and performance optimization challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Apply deep cards product expertise to design, implement, and optimize card programme solutions for financial institution and fintech clients
• Lead specialized product delivery engagements covering credit, debit, prepaid, and virtual card programme design and implementation
• Serve as the primary cards product subject matter expert — providing advisory guidance to clients on card strategy, portfolio performance, and product enhancement
• Conduct card portfolio analysis and produce data-driven recommendations for client card programme optimization
• Design and deliver client workshops, training programmes, and advisory sessions on cards product best practices
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Technology teams on client card solution delivery
• Contribute to thought leadership and market-relevant content development for the cards product advisory practice
• Monitor global and regional cards product trends, regulation, and competitive landscape

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant cards product consulting or advisory experience within payments, financial services, or a card scheme organization
• Deep expertise in credit, debit, prepaid, and virtual card product design, implementation, and portfolio management
• Proven track record delivering specialized card product advisory engagements for financial institution and fintech clients
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to card portfolio performance optimization
• Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and senior stakeholder management skills
