Job Title: Managing Consultant – Strategy & Transformation

Job Description: As a Managing Consultant specializing in Strategy and Transformation with AI expertise, you will lead strategic consulting engagements focused on the application of artificial intelligence to financial services transformation across the MENA and EEMEA regions. You will help financial institutions, fintechs, and payment ecosystem participants harness AI to drive business model transformation, operational efficiency, and competitive differentiation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic consulting engagements on AI application to financial services transformation across MENA and EEMEA
• Help financial institutions, fintechs, and payment participants harness AI to drive business model transformation and competitive differentiation
• Develop and deliver AI strategy frameworks, digital transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans for financial services clients
• Create thought leadership and market-relevant assets on AI and digital transformation tailored to GCC and EEMEA financial services priorities
• Conduct AI readiness assessments and maturity analyses for financial institution and fintech clients
• Design and facilitate client workshops on AI use cases across payments, credit, fraud, and customer experience
• Build and manage senior client relationships across the financial services AI transformation advisory practice
• Monitor global AI developments and their strategic implications for financial services business models

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant management consulting experience with deep AI or digital transformation expertise in financial services
• Proven ability to lead AI strategy and transformation engagements for financial institution or fintech clients
• Strong understanding of AI applications across payments, credit risk, fraud detection, and customer experience
• Experience creating market-relevant thought leadership on AI in financial services for GCC or EEMEA markets
• Excellent client relationship management, workshop facilitation, and executive communication skills
