Job Title: Client Coverage Internship Programme

Job Description: As a Client Coverage Intern, you will work directly within a client-facing banking team — supporting senior relationship managers in maintaining and developing relationships with corporate and institutional clients across the UAE and MENA. You will gain practical exposure to the full lifecycle of banking client coverage, from needs analysis through product delivery and ongoing relationship management.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly within a client coverage banking team — supporting senior relationship managers on client relationship activities
• Assist in maintaining and developing corporate and institutional client relationships across the UAE and MENA
• Conduct client research, sector analysis, and financial analysis to support coverage team client management
• Prepare client meeting materials, relationship reviews, and product opportunity assessments
• Complete structured programme training on client coverage methodologies, banking products, and regulatory frameworks
• Learn how to identify financial needs and position appropriate banking products and solutions for corporate clients
• Build practical understanding of the full client coverage lifecycle from initial engagement through relationship management
• Develop professional banking and client management skills through mentoring and real client project exposure

Qualifications Needed:

• UAE National (Emirati) — required for this UAE Nationals internship programme
• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Finance, Economics, Business, or related degree
• Genuine interest in client-facing banking, relationship management, and corporate finance careers
• Core bank funding for retirement savings, medical, and life insurance provided
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client coverage activities
