Job Title: Compliance Officer – Business Development & Compliance

Job Description: Seeking a Compliance Officer who combines business development and compliance responsibilities. The role requires 1+ years of compliance or regulatory experience with UAE/GCC experience preferred — supporting Flying Colour’s compliance services clients while contributing to business development for the company’s UAE compliance advisory practice.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and implement compliance policies and procedures for Flying Colour’s compliance services clients
• Maintain client compliance records and ensure clients meet reporting deadlines
• Support AML/KYC compliance processes for regulated business clients across the UAE
• Contribute to business development activities for Flying Colour’s compliance advisory services
• Identify and engage prospective clients requiring compliance services, AML/KYC support, or regulatory advisory
• Stay current on UAE regulatory developments and communicate relevant changes to client organizations
• Prepare compliance reports, regulatory submissions, and policy documentation for client delivery
• Build and maintain client relationships through professional compliance advisory and service support

Qualifications Needed:

• 1+ years of compliance or regulatory experience — UAE/GCC experience preferred
• Knowledge of AML/KYC requirements and UAE regulatory compliance frameworks
• Strong communication skills for client-facing compliance advisory and business development
• Ability to draft and implement compliance policies and procedures
• Proactive business development mindset with willingness to identify and engage prospective compliance services clients
• AML or compliance qualification (CAMS, ICA, or equivalent) is advantageous

What the Company Offers:

• Pay: AED 3,000–3,500 per month
