Job Title: QA Engineer (Manual Testing) – Fintech

Job Description: Seeking a QA Engineer specializing in Manual Testing for its fintech and digital technology products in Dubai. The role validates fixes and performs retesting before production releases — working in a fast-paced, high-performance technology environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual quality assurance testing for Aurora Digital Technologies’ fintech and digital platform products
• Validate fixes and perform retesting before production releases — ensuring software quality is maintained across all releases
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and regression test suites for new features and platform updates
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools (Jira or equivalent)
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts on acceptance criteria and quality standards
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing across fintech product releases
• Contribute to QA process improvements and testing documentation standards
• Work comfortably in fast-paced, high-performance technology environments with iterative release cycles

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven QA engineering experience with manual testing expertise in fintech or digital technology products
• Experience validating fixes and performing retesting prior to production releases
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-performance technology environments
• Proficiency with bug tracking tools (Jira or equivalent) and test management platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for defect identification and quality risk assessment
• Experience with fintech, payments, or financial services software QA is an advantage
