Job Title: General Manager – Crypto Institutional

Job Description: Seeking a General Manager for its Crypto Institutional business in Dubai. The role leads the growth and development of Revolut’s institutional crypto business across the UAE and MENA region — serving institutional clients including hedge funds, family offices, and financial institutions seeking crypto trading, custody, and yield services through Revolut’s VARA-licensed platform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the growth and development of Revolut’s Crypto Institutional business across the UAE and MENA region
• Drive institutional client acquisition and revenue growth — serving hedge funds, family offices, asset managers, and financial institutions
• Define and execute Revolut’s Crypto Institutional go-to-market strategy for the UAE and MENA market
• Build and maintain senior-level institutional client relationships — serving as the primary commercial leader for institutional crypto services
• Partner with Revolut’s global Crypto Product, Compliance, and Risk teams on institutional crypto product development for MENA
• Ensure institutional crypto services comply with VARA regulations and applicable UAE financial services requirements
• Recruit, develop, and lead the Revolut Crypto Institutional team in Dubai
• Represent Revolut’s Crypto Institutional business at MENA institutional investment, crypto, and fintech events

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant general management or senior commercial leadership experience in institutional crypto, digital assets, or fintech
• Deep understanding of institutional crypto products including trading, custody, staking, and yield services
• Proven track record building and leading institutional client businesses in the UAE or MENA market
• Knowledge of VARA regulatory framework for crypto and digital assets in Dubai preferred
• Excellent leadership, commercial, and senior executive stakeholder management skills
• Strong Arabic and English communication skills for UAE institutional market engagement
