Job Title: Business Development Manager – Fiat Channel
Job Description: Seeking a Business Development Manager for the Fiat Channel across the Middle East and North Africa, based in Dubai. The role finds new fiat payment channels, onboards them with Binance’s technology and product organisations, and owns those relationships once successfully established — working with payment providers to ensure competitive pricing, varying initiatives, joint marketing, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Find new fiat payment channels across the MENA region and onboard them with Binance’s technology and product organisations
- Own fiat channel relationships once successfully established — driving competitive pricing, joint initiatives, and marketing partnerships
- Work with payment providers to ensure Binance’s fiat services are competitive, accessible, and growing in target MENA markets
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with banks, payment service providers, and fiat channel partners
- Collaborate with Binance’s internal Tech, Compliance, and Product teams on fiat channel integration and regulatory compliance
- Monitor fiat payment landscape in MENA — identifying new channel opportunities and competitive dynamics
- Track emerging payment models and fintech innovations across the region to identify new business opportunities
- Represent Binance at MENA payments, fintech, and financial services events and client meetings
Qualifications Needed:
- Payments or financial business development experience with considerable background in onboarding, negotiating, and relationship management with channels inside financial organisations
- Proven experience working with fiat payment channels, PSPs, banks, or financial institution payment partnerships
- Strong understanding of local PSPs, card schemes, and the MENA fiat payments ecosystem
- Track record of identifying, closing, and managing payment channel partnerships in a high-growth environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial relationship management skills
- Deep knowledge of the UAE market including culture, regulations in fintech, digital assets, remittances, and payments
