Job Title: Manager, Issuer Relationships

Job Description: Seeking a Manager of Issuer Relationships in Dubai. The role leverages expertise in issuer risk, fraud management, and authentication processes to advocate for best practices and drive better payment outcomes for merchants across MENA. Responsibilities:

• Leverage expertise in issuer risk, fraud management, and authentication processes to advocate for best practices and drive better payment outcomes for merchants
• Engage with external stakeholders and represent Checkout.com in industry forums and thought leadership events
• Collaborate with Financial Partnerships, Payment Performance, Data Analytics, and Commercial teams to harness data-driven insights that enhance merchant success
• Use Checkout.com’s analytics tools to showcase case studies demonstrating improvements in revenue, customer satisfaction, and loyalty
• Build and manage strategic relationships with card-issuing banks and financial institutions across MENA
• Influence at all levels from operational to C-suite across issuer partner organizations
• Drive merchant success through strategic issuer relationship management and payment performance optimization
• Monitor issuer ecosystem developments and regulatory changes affecting payment authentication and fraud management

Qualifications Needed:

• Strong expertise in issuer risk, fraud management, and payment authentication processes
• Proven ability to engage with external stakeholders and represent an organization at industry forums
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to influence at all levels
• Passion for driving merchant success through strategic issuer relationships and data-driven outcomes
• Experience in the MENA payments ecosystem and familiarity with card scheme dynamics preferred
• Excellent communication, analytical, and commercial skills
