Job Title: Manager, Account Management

Job Description: Looking for a Manager of Account Management in Dubai. The role manages and grows strategic merchant accounts across the MENA region — ensuring merchants maximise value from Checkout.com’s cloud-based payments platform and driving revenue expansion through proactive relationship management, payment optimization, and commercial

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic merchant accounts across the MENA region
• Drive merchant revenue expansion through proactive account management, upselling, and cross-selling payment products
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned merchant accounts — conducting regular business reviews and identifying commercial opportunities
• Collaborate with Payment Performance, Data Analytics, and Solutions teams to deliver payment optimization insights to merchants
• Ensure a positive merchant experience by resolving issues and coordinating internal teams on merchant needs
• Monitor merchant payment performance metrics and proactively engage on optimization opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant finance, treasury, and technology decision-makers
• Represent Checkout.com at MENA merchant events, fintech forums, and industry conferences

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven account management or commercial relationship management experience within a global payments company or fintech
• Track record of driving merchant revenue expansion and managing senior-level commercial relationships
• Strong understanding of payment products, acquiring, and payment performance optimization
• Experience in the MENA market with knowledge of regional merchant payment needs preferred
• Excellent analytical, communication, and senior stakeholder management skills
• Passion for merchant success and payment technology innovation
