Job Title: Senior Frontend Engineer

Job Description: Seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer for its Compliance Technology team in Dubai. The role involves crafting high-performance, responsive web applications using modern front-end technologies for Binance’s compliance and KYC technology platform — working on the state-of-the-art KYC platform that ensures regulatory compliance for 300+ million users across 100+ countries.

Responsibilities:

• Craft high-performance, responsive web applications for desktop and mobile browsers using modern front-end technologies (styled system, webpack, and equivalent tooling)
• Build and maintain Binance’s compliance and KYC technology platform — developing user-facing interfaces for a state-of-the-art KYC onboarding and identity verification system
• Work within the KYC Technology Team — building a platform that ensures regulatory compliance for 300+ million users across 100+ countries
• Collaborate with Backend Engineers, UX Designers, and Product Managers to deliver high-quality compliance technology features
• Write clean, well-tested frontend code maintaining Binance’s engineering quality standards for a highly regulated environment
• Optimize frontend performance ensuring Binance’s compliance platform delivers fast, reliable user experiences at massive scale
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and agile sprint delivery
• Stay current on frontend engineering best practices and compliance technology platform developments

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven senior frontend engineering experience with experience in modern front-end technologies (styled system, webpack, or equivalent)
• Track record of crafting high-performance, responsive web applications for desktop and mobile browsers
• Experience building compliance technology, KYC platforms, or regulated financial services user interfaces strongly preferred
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript ecosystem
• Understanding of KYC, identity verification, and compliance technology product requirements preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-scale engineering environment serving hundreds of millions of users globally
