Job Description: As a Senior Growth Manager specializing in Paid Search for a globally established cryptocurrency exchange platform, you will be responsible for partnering with data and analytics teams to build dashboards, analyze performance metrics, and identify opportunities — ensuring all paid search strategy and execution drives measurable user acquisition, activation, and trading volume growth across a platform with 100+ million users globally.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with data and analytics teams to build dashboards, analyze performance metrics, and identify growth opportunities across paid search channels
• Ensure all paid search strategy and execution drives measurable user acquisition, activation, and trading volume growth
• Lead paid search strategy and campaign management across Google, Bing, and emerging paid search platforms for crypto exchange growth
• Conduct rigorous performance analysis — translating data into clear commercial action plans for growth leadership
• Align paid search investment and strategy with brand managers, coordinators, and broader growth team priorities
• Manage paid search agency relationships, bid management tools, and performance marketing technology platforms
• Monitor crypto exchange competitive paid search landscape and identify new growth acquisition opportunities
• Stay current on paid search platform developments, algorithm updates, and performance marketing best practices

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven senior paid search management experience with track record of driving measurable growth for a high-volume digital consumer platform
• Deep data-driven approach — partnering with analytics teams, building dashboards, and translating performance metrics into action
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or high-volume consumer digital platform paid search preferred
• Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with paid search platforms, bid management tools, and marketing analytics
