Job Title: UX Copywriter (Hindi & English, Banking / Fintech)

Job Description: As a UX Copywriter specializing in Hindi and English for a banking and fintech company, you will be responsible for producing user experience writing across a next-generation SME digital banking platform — crafting copy that defines how the banking platform communicates with its users. You will bring a background in finance, fintech, B2B products, or product design studios to write clear, intuitive, and engaging UX copy that serves both English and Hindi-speaking banking customers.

Responsibilities:

• Produce UX writing across a next-generation SME digital banking platform for English and Hindi-speaking users
• Craft copy that defines how the banking platform communicates with its users — from onboarding flows to transaction notifications
• Partner with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to deliver UX copy that meets user needs and brand standards
• Write intuitive, clear, and engaging copy for complex banking and financial services user journeys
• Develop and maintain UX copywriting guidelines and messaging frameworks for the SME banking platform
• Conduct user research and usability review of existing copy — identifying and improving confusing or friction-causing language
• Ensure all UX copy complies with financial services communication regulatory standards
• Collaborate across product and design teams on copy consistency and platform voice and tone standards

Qualifications Needed:

• Background in finance or fintech, B2B products, or product design studios — required
• Fluent in both Hindi and English — written and spoken — for multilingual banking UX copy production
• Proven UX copywriting experience with portfolio demonstrating banking, fintech, or B2B platform work
• Deep understanding of UX writing principles and ability to write clear, intuitive financial services copy
• Strong collaboration skills for working with Product, Design, and Engineering teams
• Understanding of financial services communication compliance standards for customer-facing copy
