Job Title: Fintech Infrastructure Project Manager

Job Description: As a Fintech Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of fintech and financial technology infrastructure projects — coordinating across Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver technology infrastructure that powers a growing UAE fintech platform. You will apply project management expertise to infrastructure build-outs, system migrations, and technology platform upgrades.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of fintech and financial technology infrastructure projects across multiple workstreams
• Coordinate Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and Commercial teams on infrastructure delivery
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, and governance frameworks for infrastructure projects
• Monitor and report on infrastructure project progress, risks, and issues to executive and technology leadership
• Drive infrastructure project delivery — managing technical dependencies, vendor relationships, and delivery milestones
• Ensure all infrastructure projects meet UAE financial services regulatory requirements and security standards
• Coordinate with external technology vendors, infrastructure partners, and implementation consultants
• Produce executive project reporting and strategic infrastructure roadmap communication for senior leadership

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven project management experience delivering fintech, banking technology, or financial infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of fintech infrastructure architecture, cloud platforms, and payment technology systems
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and project governance skills for complex multi-workstream delivery
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management qualification preferred
• Understanding of UAE financial services infrastructure regulatory requirements
• Arabic language skills advantageous for UAE vendor and stakeholder engagement
