Job Title: Head of Finance (Forex / Fintech Background)

Job Description: Seeking a Head of Finance with a Forex or fintech background. The role requires supporting planning and performance analysis for digital asset, fintech, and infrastructure businesses, with minimum 8–10 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related fields.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all financial operations for MH Markets including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Support planning and performance analysis for digital asset, fintech, and infrastructure businesses
• Conduct advanced financial modelling and variance analysis across MH Markets’ business lines
• Oversee statutory reporting, external audit management, and regulatory financial compliance
• Partner with Commercial, Risk, and Operations teams on financial performance tracking and business model analysis
• Manage treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and capital allocation for the business
• Provide strategic financial advice to MH Markets’ senior leadership on business performance and investment decisions
• Build and develop the finance team as the business scales

Qualifications Needed:

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial management roles
• Experience in Forex, fintech, digital assets, or financial infrastructure businesses — required
• Advanced financial modelling and variance analysis skills
• Strong understanding of digital asset platform financial metrics and revenue models
• Proven track record in Head of Finance or Finance Director level roles
• Relevant finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent)
