Job Title: Strategy & Operations Manager – Credit

Job Description: Looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager for its Credit function in Dubai. The role develops a point of view on Revolut’s credit product verticals in the UAE and defines cohesive long-term strategy for the credit product departments, working across the UAE and MENA credit business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic perspectives on Revolut’s credit product verticals in the UAE and define cohesive long-term strategy for credit product departments
• Work across Revolut’s UAE business to assess credit product opportunities, risks, and commercial potential
• Partner with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Finance teams on credit strategy and operational execution
• Identify structural inefficiencies in credit operations and design scalable processes to unlock efficiency
• Build data-driven business cases and strategic recommendations for credit product and operations investment
• Monitor credit product performance metrics, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments in the UAE
• Lead cross-functional credit strategy and operations initiatives
• Communicate credit strategic and operational findings to senior leadership and the Board

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven experience in strategy, operations management, or business operations within a fintech or financial services company
• Strong understanding of consumer or SME credit products, credit risk, and credit operations
• Ability to develop strategic views on fintech credit verticals and drive long-term thinking
• Strong analytical skills with ability to build business cases and operational improvement plans
• Experience in the MENA fintech, digital banking, or credit market preferred
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills
