Job Title: Product Analyst

Job Description: Seeking a Product Analyst in Dubai. The role requires 2–3 years of hands-on experience in analytics, ideally within product or digital environments, collaborating with Product Managers to define success metrics for Multibank’s trading and fintech products.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Managers to define success metrics, KPIs, and measurement frameworks for Multibank’s fintech and trading products
• Analyze product data to uncover insights on user behavior, feature adoption, and product performance
• Build and maintain product analytics dashboards and reporting frameworks using BI tools
• Conduct A/B test analysis and evaluate product experiment outcomes with statistical rigour
• Produce regular product performance reports for Product, Marketing, and Executive leadership
• Work with Data Engineering teams to ensure reliable data pipelines supporting product analytics
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through deep analysis of product usage and trading data
• Support product discovery with data-driven research and user analysis

Qualifications Needed:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in analytics, ideally within product or digital environments
• Strong SQL proficiency and experience with product analytics tools
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or equivalent)
• Understanding of statistical analysis and A/B testing methodology
• Familiarity with fintech, forex/CFD, or trading platform products preferred
• Strong communication skills for presenting analytical insights to product and leadership audiences
