Job Title: iOS Developer – Fintech

Job Description:Our client is looking for an iOS Developer to build and maintain its fintech mobile application. The role involves building native iOS features for Papel’s consumer-facing fintech platform, working collaboratively with designers and backend teams.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain native iOS features for Papel’s consumer-facing fintech mobile application
• Develop high-quality Swift code following modern iOS architecture patterns and Papel’s engineering standards
• Work closely with designers to implement user-centered fintech product experiences across Papel’s iOS app
• Integrate with Papel’s backend APIs and payment infrastructure to deliver reliable, high-performance mobile features
• Write comprehensive unit and UI tests ensuring quality and reliability of iOS releases
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to mobile engineering architecture discussions
• Optimize iOS app performance — improving load times, memory efficiency, and app responsiveness
• Stay current on iOS SDK updates, SwiftUI developments, and Apple payment framework capabilities

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven iOS development experience with strong Swift proficiency in production consumer applications
• Experience with modern iOS architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture) and Xcode tooling
• Track record building payment, financial services, or fintech mobile applications preferred
• Experience integrating backend APIs and payment SDKs into iOS applications
• Strong collaboration skills for working with designers and backend teams
• Understanding of fintech mobile UX requirements and payment flow design preferred
