Job Title: Payment Processing Specialist

Job Description: Seeking a Payment Processing Specialist in Dubai. The role focuses on managing international payment operations, ensuring smooth, secure, and compliant transaction handling across the company’s payment infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Manage international payment operations ensuring smooth, secure, and compliant transaction handling
• Monitor payment processing flows, identifying and resolving transaction failures, delays, or anomalies
• Liaise with payment service providers, acquiring banks, and banking partners on operational payment queries
• Perform reconciliation of international payment transactions against banking and PSP statements
• Ensure payment operations comply with applicable UAE and international payment regulatory requirements
• Prepare operational reports on payment processing performance, failure rates, and volumes
• Support implementation of new payment methods, currencies, and payment provider integrations
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance payment reliability, speed, and compliance

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in payment processing, international payments operations, or payments fintech
• Strong understanding of international payment flows, PSP integrations, and payment settlement processes
• Attention to detail with ability to identify and resolve payment anomalies accurately
• Knowledge of payment compliance requirements and international regulatory standards
• Proficiency with payment operations tools and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication skills for PSP and banking partner liaison
