Job Title: Investigations Specialist – UAE (Arabic Speaking)

Job Description:Our Client is looking to grow its Investigations team with executional-level talent who will drive crypto investigations and increase engagement with law enforcement in the UAE. The role requires an Arabic-speaking professional who can conduct blockchain-based investigations and support law enforcement cooperation across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Drive crypto investigations including financial crime cases, fraud, and illicit blockchain activity
• Increase engagement with UAE law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies
• Conduct blockchain analysis and on-chain investigations using industry-standard tools
• Prepare detailed investigation reports for law enforcement submission and internal management
• Support the compliance function with AML/CFT investigations, suspicious activity reviews, and EDD
• Collaborate with the global Binance investigations and compliance teams
• Assist with KYC escalations, high-risk account reviews, and regulatory inquiries
• Maintain accurate investigation records and case management documentation

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven experience in crypto investigations, financial crime investigations, or AML/CFT compliance
• Arabic speaking – required for UAE law enforcement engagement
• Experience with blockchain analysis tools (Chainalysis, TRM Labs, or equivalent)
• Understanding of VARA regulations and UAE virtual asset regulatory framework
• Background in law enforcement, compliance, or financial crime investigation preferred
• Strong report writing and case documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent investigations
