Job Title: Head of Finance (Forex/Fintech Background)

Job Description: Lead the full finance function at MH Markets, a Dubai-based forex and fintech firm. Oversee FP&A, corporate finance, and strategic finance operations across financial services, fintech, and crypto sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full finance function including FP&A, corporate finance, and strategic planning
• Support planning and performance analysis for digital asset, fintech, and infrastructure businesses
• Oversee financial reporting, month-end close, and management accounts
• Drive financial modelling, scenario planning, and decision support for senior leadership
• Manage relationships with auditors, regulators, and financial counterparties
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and IFRS reporting standards
• Build, manage, and develop the finance team

Qualifications Needed:

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance
• Background in financial services, fintech, forex, or crypto sectors is required
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
• Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and IFRS
• Prior experience in a senior finance leadership role at a regulated financial entity
