Job Title: Business Development Manager – Dubai

Job Description: The Business Development Manager will work with a dynamic team of professionals and develop FxPro’s Dubai market position — building and maintaining relationships with IBs, affiliates, and HNI retail clients across the MENA region.

Responsibilities:

• Drive commercial growth for FxPro’s Dubai office — acquiring new IB partners, affiliates, and direct retail and HNI clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IBs, affiliates, and high-value retail traders across MENA
• Prospect new business opportunities through networking, events, outreach, and referral channels
• Onboard and activate new IB and affiliate partners — supporting them through the commercial and operational setup process
• Present FxPro’s trading platforms and product suite to prospective IBs, partners, and clients
• Monitor partner performance metrics and implement improvement plans for underperforming accounts
• Represent FxPro at regional industry events and fintech/forex conferences
• Report on commercial activity, pipeline status, and partner performance to regional leadership

Qualifications Needed:

• 3–6 years of experience in business development, IB relationship management, or partnership sales within an FX/CFD broker or trading platform
• Strong understanding of the MENA retail trading landscape and IB/affiliate network models
• Existing network among IBs, affiliates, or HNI traders in the UAE and broader MENA region is a significant advantage
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
• Commercial mindset with ability to drive new business and build sustainable partner relationships
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, international, fast-paced environment
