Job Title: Head of Treasury

Job Description: The Head of Treasury will own Tamara’s liquidity management, debt facility management, banking infrastructure, and investment strategy — ensuring the company has the financial firepower to fuel its continued growth and product expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Own Tamara’s treasury strategy — managing daily liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and working capital optimization across all entities
• Lead Tamara’s banking relationship management — negotiating terms, expanding banking infrastructure, and ensuring competitive access to capital
• Manage Tamara’s debt facilities — overseeing drawdowns, repayments, covenant compliance, and investor reporting for debt facility providers
• Develop and implement Tamara’s investment policy for excess cash — maximizing returns within approved risk parameters
• Build and maintain liquidity risk frameworks — ensuring Tamara can always meet its obligations across operating and growth scenarios
• Support CFO and executive leadership on capital markets activities including debt raises, equity considerations, and investor relations
• Partner with Finance, Risk, and Legal teams on treasury-related compliance, regulatory capital, and SAMA regulatory requirements
• Build and develop the Treasury team as Tamara’s financial complexity grows

Qualifications Needed:

• 8–12 years of treasury experience with significant time in a Head of Treasury or senior treasury role at a bank, fintech, or high-growth company
• Proven experience managing debt facilities, liquidity frameworks, and banking relationships in a fast-scaling environment
• Deep understanding of Saudi Arabia financial markets and banking infrastructure; SAMA regulatory experience preferred
• Qualified treasurer (ACT, CTP) or equivalent financial qualification preferred
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills for liquidity and scenario analysis
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred; must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh
