Job Title: Senior Trading Operations Analyst

Job Description: The Senior Trading Operations Analyst will work within the Trading Operations team — supporting real-time monitoring of trade execution, handling client escalations, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on operational trading matters.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor real-time trade execution across Equiti’s trading platforms — identifying execution anomalies, slippage issues, and system performance concerns
• Handle client trade queries, disputes, and escalations relating to order execution, pricing, and account activity
• Coordinate with liquidity providers and prime brokers on execution quality, pricing queries, and operational matters
• Manage end-of-day trading operations including position reconciliation, P&L reporting, and overnight risk assessment
• Work closely with the Risk, Technology, and Compliance teams on trading operational matters
• Monitor market conditions and coordinate operational responses to extreme market events
• Support the onboarding of new trading instruments, asset classes, and platform configurations
• Produce regular operational reports on trading activity, execution quality, and incident summaries

Qualifications Needed:

• 3–5 years of experience in trading operations, dealing desk, or FX operations within a regulated brokerage or financial institution
• Strong understanding of FX/CFD trading mechanics, order types, and execution infrastructure
• Experience with MT4/MT5 trading platforms and back-office systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment with calm decision-making under pressure
• Strong analytical skills with experience monitoring execution quality and trading data
• Knowledge of prime brokerage, liquidity aggregation, and settlement processes preferred
