Job Title: Institutional Sales Manager – Middle East

Job Description:The Institutional Sales Manager will build and manage a pipeline of institutional clients across the MENA region, owning the full commercial lifecycle from prospecting through onboarding and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a pipeline of institutional clients including hedge funds, family offices, asset managers, proprietary traders, and prime brokerage relationships across MENA
  • Lead end-to-end commercial conversations from prospecting through contract negotiation and account activation
  • Present Vantage Prime’s institutional product suite including prime brokerage, liquidity solutions, and white-label trading technology
  • Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with institutional decision-makers in the UAE, KSA, and broader GCC
  • Partner with Operations, Technology, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for institutional clients
  • Attend regional industry conferences, fintech events, and client meetings to build Vantage’s institutional brand presence
  • Monitor and grow institutional client trading volumes, revenue, and product utilization
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to support institutional product and pricing strategy

Qualifications Needed:

  • Proven experience in institutional sales, prime brokerage, or B2B commercial roles within forex/CFD, capital markets, or financial services
  • Deep understanding of the institutional trading client landscape in MENA
  • Existing network of institutional relationships in the GCC is a strong advantage
  • Strong understanding of prime brokerage, FX/CFD liquidity, and institutional trading services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
