Job Title: Liquidity Manager

Job Description: The Liquidity Manager will own relationships with liquidity providers (banks, prime brokers, ECNs), manage the trading infrastructure, and optimize execution quality across Equiti’s full product range.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Equiti’s liquidity provider relationships including banks, prime brokers, and ECNs — negotiating pricing, credit terms, and service levels
• Monitor execution quality, slippage, rejections, and latency metrics across all liquidity providers and trading venues
• Optimize liquidity aggregation and smart order routing to ensure best execution for Equiti’s clients
• Manage the trading desk’s exposure, hedging strategies, and risk within defined parameters
• Conduct regular analysis of LP performance and maintain a competitive benchmarking framework
• Liaise with Technology and Operations teams to ensure reliable connectivity and system performance across all trading infrastructure
• Support new product launches and market expansions with liquidity strategy design and provider onboarding
• Produce regular liquidity performance reporting for senior management

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in liquidity management, FX/CFD execution, or trading operations within a regulated brokerage or financial institution
• Strong understanding of FX/CFD market microstructure, liquidity aggregation, and prime brokerage relationships
• Experience managing LP relationships and negotiating execution agreements
• Proficiency with trading platforms (MT4/MT5 or proprietary) and liquidity aggregation tools
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret execution data and identify optimization opportunities
• Understanding of risk management principles in a brokerage context
