Job Title: Integrated Marketing Lead

Job Description: The Integrated Marketing Lead will design and execute end-to-end campaign strategies, coordinating across channels (paid, owned, earned) and internal teams to ensure campaigns reach the right traders with the right message at the right time.

Responsibilities:*

  • Own the integrated marketing strategy for MENA and global campaigns — designing multi-channel approaches that span paid, owned, and earned media
  • Lead campaign briefing, planning, and execution across performance, content, social, email, events, and PR channels
  • Partner with the Performance Marketing, Brand, and Product Marketing teams to ensure campaign coherence and message alignment
  • Build audience segmentation and targeting strategies that optimize campaign relevance and conversion across market segments
  • Manage integrated campaign timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships across all channels
  • Track and report on integrated campaign performance against commercial KPIs — reach, acquisition, activation, and retention
  • Drive continuous optimization through structured testing and data-informed iteration across campaigns
  • Champion a customer-first approach to marketing that reflects Vantage’s brand positioning across all touchpoints

Qualifications Needed:

  • 5+ years in integrated marketing, campaign management, or brand marketing within financial services, fintech, or CFD/forex trading
  • Proven track record planning and executing complex multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of the GCC/MENA trading client landscape
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills and experience measuring integrated campaign performance
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Arabic language skills are a strong advantage for MENA campaign execution
