Job Title: Head of QA | Automation

Job Description: Ensure total reliability across the remittance platform for a fintech client in KSA

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automated testing frameworks (Selenium/Cypress)
• Oversee performance, load, and stress testing of transaction systems
• Drive end-to-end QA strategy to achieve zero defects in production
• Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and Product teams to integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines
• Establish QA governance, standards, and metrics to monitor quality
• Mentor QA teams to build technical expertise and a culture of quality

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven experience in QA leadership within fintech, remittance, or digital banking platforms
• Expert in automation frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress
• Experience testing mobile wallets, payment gateways, or high-volume financial transaction systems
• Strong knowledge of performance, stress, and security testing practices
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia and available for on-site engagement
