Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Job Description: Own financial health, integrity, and strategy of a regulated fintech at a critical point in its growth

Responsibilities:

• Define and own financial strategy aligned with the CEO‘s vision and company growth ambitions
• Lead financial planning, long-range modeling, budgeting, and capital allocation
• Own full compliance with all Capital Markets Authority (CMA) financial reporting obligations
• Oversee all financial operations including treasury, reconciliation, cash management, and banking relationships
• Lead investor relations including reporting, communications, and board presentations
• Lead implementation of financial systems, tools, and reporting infrastructure

Qualifications Needed:

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3–5 years in a C-suite or equivalent senior leadership role
• Demonstrated experience as a CFO, Deputy CFO, or VP Finance in a regulated financial services, fintech, or capital markets environment
• Deep knowledge of CMA regulations, financial reporting standards
