Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

Job Description: As a Financial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the finance department. You will manage financial processes, systems, and personnel to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Supervise and mentor finance department staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred.
• Previous experience in financial management or operations role.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
