The Innovation & Labs Manager will lead experimentation, pilots, and emerging technology initiatives for fintech platforms in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging fintech technologies
• Run pilots, POCs, and innovation programs
• Collaborate with startups and partners
• Support product innovation roadmaps
• Present innovation outcomes to leadership

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s in Technology, Business, or Innovation
• 6–9 years experience in innovation or fintech strategy
• Strong research and stakeholder engagement skills
