Job Title: Financial Behavioral Economist
Job Description: As a Financial Behavioral Economist, you will be responsible for applying principles of economics and psychology to analyze and influence financial decision-making. You will conduct research, develop models, and design interventions to improve financial outcomes and mitigate behavioral biases.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on behavioral biases and decision-making heuristics in financial contexts.
- Develop models to simulate and predict financial behaviors and market dynamics.
- Design interventions and nudges to encourage positive financial behaviors among individuals and organizations.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate behavioral insights into financial products and services.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Economics, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.
- Knowledge of behavioral economics principles and research methods.
- Experience in quantitative analysis and modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
