The UX Researcher will deliver insights to improve customer experience across digital banking and fintech payment platforms in Dubai. Working in a regulated environment, you will conduct user research, usability testing, and customer journey analysis to ensure products meet user needs while adhering to UAE and MENA compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies.
• Analyze findings to inform product and design decisions.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and engineers.
• Document and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure research methods comply with privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Advocate for user-centered design within fintech solutions.

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Psychology, Design, or related field.
• 3–5 years of UX research experience, preferably in fintech or digital banking.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
• Familiarity with UX tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
