Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategy and protocols.
• Monitor and respond to threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents.
• Collaborate with engineering, risk, and compliance teams.
• Oversee cybersecurity audits, penetration tests, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory cybersecurity standards.
• Lead cybersecurity awareness and training programs across the company.
• Report security risks and mitigation strategies to executive leadership.

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity leadership, preferably in fintech.
• Expertise in cloud security, network security, and incident response.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and cybersecurity compliance frameworks.
