Key Responsibilities

• Execute operational processes and ensure compliance.

• Assist in operational reporting and KPI tracking.
• Identify process improvements and assist in implementation.
• Support audits, documentation, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in operations, preferably in fintech or finance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of fintech operations and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in workflow and process management tools.
