We are seeking a Chief Innovation & Product Officer (CIPO) to lead product strategy, innovation, and lifecycle management for fintech solutions. This executive role blends creativity, technology, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute product innovation and development strategies.

Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch.

Collaborate with engineering, marketing, finance, and compliance teams.

Identify market opportunities and emerging technologies to drive product differentiation.

Monitor KPIs, customer adoption, and product performance.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, user-centric fintech solutions.

Report strategic product insights and innovation outcomes to the board and executive team.

Qualifications Needed

Master’s degree or MBA in Business, Technology, or related field.

12+ years of experience in product management, innovation, or fintech leadership.

Proven ability to launch innovative products successfully at scale.

Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills.

Deep understanding of fintech trends, user experience, and regulatory compliance.
