Job Description

We are hiring a Regulatory Affairs Manager to oversee compliance with financial regulations and liaise with regulators, ensuring fintech operations remain legally sound and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and interpret regulatory changes affecting fintech operations.

Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Liaise with regulators and respond to inquiries.

Collaborate with legal, compliance, and operational teams.

Conduct audits and risk assessments.

Prepare reports and presentations for management.

Provide training and guidance on regulatory requirements.

Qualifications Needed

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or related field.

5+ years of experience in regulatory affairs or compliance, preferably in fintech.

Knowledge of financial regulations, AML/KYC, and data privacy laws.

Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Proven ability to manage regulatory relationships effectively.
