Job Description: As a Financial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the finance department. You will manage financial processes, systems, and personnel to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

Supervise and mentor finance department staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred.

Previous experience in financial management or operations role.

Strong leadership and management skills.
