We are seeking a Risk Operations Analyst to monitor, analyze, and mitigate operational and financial risks within fintech systems. This role emphasizes data analysis, risk assessment, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor operational KPIs and risk metrics.

Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations.

Collaborate with finance, compliance, and product teams.

Investigate anomalies, transactions, and system issues.

Develop reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making.

Recommend process improvements to reduce risk exposure.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

Qualifications Needed

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in risk management, operations, or fintech.

Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of operational risk, financial regulations, and fintech processes.
