Key Responsibilities

Define and execute blockchain strategy across products, operations, and partnerships.

Evaluate blockchain platforms, protocols, and technologies for feasibility.

Collaborate with product, legal, compliance, and engineering teams.

Monitor regulatory developments impacting blockchain and crypto-fintech.

Qualifications Needed

Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Technology, or related field.

8+ years experience in blockchain, crypto, or fintech strategy roles.

Deep understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi), smart contracts, and distributed ledger tech.

Strong strategic, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
