We are seeking a Compliance Officer to oversee regulatory compliance, internal controls, and risk management for fintech operations. This role ensures legal and ethical adherence across products and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and enforce compliance with financial regulations, AML, and KYC standards.

Conduct internal audits and risk assessments.

Develop and update compliance policies and procedures.

Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams.

Train employees on compliance requirements.

Report compliance metrics to senior leadership and regulators.

Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices.

Qualifications Needed

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or related field.

3–7 years of compliance or regulatory experience, preferably in fintech.

Knowledge of AML, KYC, GDPR, and financial regulations.

Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills.

Ability to implement compliance programs and manage audits effectively.
