We are hiring a detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology solutions in fintech projects. This role involves requirement gathering, process analysis, and collaboration with multiple teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for fintech systems.

• Analyze processes and recommend technology improvements.

• Support the design of functional specifications and user stories.

• Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders.

• Conduct gap analyses between current and desired states.

• Assist with testing, UAT, and project delivery.

• Produce business insights and reports for decision-making.

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or IT.

• 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in fintech.

• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and requirement gathering.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
