Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to create clear, concise, and accurate documentation for fintech products. This role ensures that developers, clients, and users can understand and use complex solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop product documentation, API guides, and user manuals.

  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to gather information.

  • Translate technical concepts into accessible content.

  • Maintain documentation consistency and version control.

  • Support training and onboarding with instructional content.

  • Ensure compliance with fintech security and regulatory language.

  • Update content in line with product releases and updates.

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience writing documentation for software or fintech.

  • Strong knowledge of APIs, SDKs, and technical systems.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

  • Experience with documentation tools like Confluence, GitHub, or MadCap Flare.
