Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to design seamless and intuitive user experiences for our fintech platforms. The ideal candidate will understand the intersection of finance, technology, and human behavior, ensuring that every interaction delivers clarity, trust, and simplicity to end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final interfaces for fintech applications.

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and data scientists to deliver user-centered designs.

• Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards and fintech regulations.

• Translate complex financial data into easy-to-use dashboards and tools.

• Continuously iterate based on feedback and product performance metrics.

• Advocate for user needs within product development discussions.

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.

• 3–5 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in fintech or SaaS.

• Strong portfolio showcasing fintech or complex digital product design.

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
