We are looking for an experienced Fintech Project Manager to oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals. The role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to manage stakeholders and drive success in a dynamic fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage fintech projects from initiation to completion.

• Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, compliance, and product.

• Track project progress and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Ensure alignment with regulatory standards and business goals.

• Prepare and present project updates to leadership and stakeholders.

• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices.

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (PMP, PRINCE2 preferred).

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in fintech or SaaS.

• Strong organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies.

• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
