Job Title: Financial Analyst
Job Description: As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support strategic decision-making and financial planning. You will analyze financial data, prepare forecasts and budgets, and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Analyze financial data and key performance indicators to identify trends and insights.
Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis reports.
Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess the impact of strategic initiatives on financial performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business cases and evaluate investment opportunities.
Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2+ years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques.
Knowledge of financial principles and accounting standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
