We are seeking a Chief Global Expansion Officer (CGEO) to drive international growth, market entry, and strategic partnerships for fintech operations. This executive role focuses on scaling business across regions while navigating regulatory and market challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute global expansion strategies for fintech products and services.

• Identify target markets, regulatory requirements, and partnership opportunities.

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful market entry and growth.

• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regional KPIs.

• Establish and maintain relationships with regulators, financial institutions, and partners.

Qualifications Needed

• 12+ years of international business, strategy, or fintech leadership experience.
