Job Title: Financial Controller

Job Description: As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, and provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, and monitor financial performance against targets.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• CPA or CMA certification preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with 2+ years in a managerial position.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team.
