We are looking for an innovative and data-driven Fintech Marketing Manager to lead campaigns that elevate our brand, generate qualified leads, and support business growth in a highly competitive fintech marketplace. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, social, content, events, and PR).

  • Build brand awareness and positioning in the financial technology ecosystem.

  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to create compelling campaigns that highlight our solutions.

  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

  • Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and deliver reports to leadership.

  • Oversee content creation, including blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and case studies.

  • Foster partnerships with industry influencers, fintech communities, and media outlets.

  • Organize fintech events, sponsorships, and thought-leadership campaigns.

  • Lead and mentor a small team of marketing associates.

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, CRM tools, and analytics platforms.

  • Exceptional writing and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to build and manage marketing funnels.

  • Experience working with both B2B and B2C segments.
