Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Description: As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights to drive business decisions and strategy. You will analyze data from various sources, develop reports and dashboards, and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate insights and support decision-making.

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance indicators and business metrics.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.

• Identify trends and opportunities through data analysis and predictive modeling.

• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis roles.

• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and complex systems.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
