Job Title: Financial Wellness Coach

Job Description: As a Financial Wellness Coach, you will be responsible for providing personalized financial guidance and education to individuals and businesses. You will help clients set and achieve their financial goals, develop healthy financial habits, and navigate complex financial decisions, empowering them to achieve financial well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one financial coaching and counseling to individuals and businesses.
• Assess clients’ financial situations and goals, and develop personalized financial plans.
• Educate clients on budgeting, saving, investing, debt management, and other financial topics.
• Monitor clients’ progress and provide ongoing support and guidance.
• Stay informed about financial products, services, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Certification as a financial planner, coach, or counselor is a plus.
• Experience in financial planning, counseling, or coaching.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Ability to empathize with clients and understand their unique financial needs and challenges.
